Joseph A. Franchetti, CEO, Managing Partner

Mr. Franchetti has over seventeen (17) years of progressive experience in information technology and data management in the pharmaceutical and life science industry.  As a former Manager of Automated Computer Systems, he was responsible for the regulatory compliance, operation, and maintenance of all data systems for the research and development division of a major generic pharmaceutical company.  He is also experienced in HIPAA Regulations as they apply to the clinical environment as well as Physician Compliance applicability.

Mr. Franchetti is the Managing Partner of JAF Consulting, Inc., where he has been addressing the FDA Regulatory Compliance of Computerized Systems by managing large scale projects, and effectively communicating both technical and regulatory issues.  He has extensive experience with all aspects of computer system validation and compliance from Drug discovery to manufacturing and post marketing of Drug product.

Mr. Franchetti has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Joseph’s University.

Theodore A. Franchetti, Vice President Claims Investigation & Financial Analysis

Founder and Principle of NFS Corporation, with forty-four (44) years of health care management including, auditing, claims and financial analysis, hospital, physician and other provider billing and medical plan audits. Mr. Franchetti has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Villanova University.

Ronald Ciuffetelli, Vice President Claims Administration Finance

 Mr. Ciuffetelli has forty (40) years experience in health care management including auditing, claims and financial analysis, hospital, physician and other provider billing and medical plan audits.  Mr. Ciuffetelli has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Rider University and a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in the area of Organizational Dynamics.
